Very nice management and staff

I got room for two nd got two tiny beds. Had to sleep in different beds...

Staff was friendly. The hotel Cafe was good for a quick bite and the staff was cool. There's a mall about a 20 min walk from the hotel. Transportation to the San Sebastián city center was pretty easy. Only complaint was not having AC in the room, but we did have a fan.

Great value hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Not in the most salubrious area but right outside a bus stop with regular service to and from San Sebastián, fare for a couple less than 4 euros each way. Attached to the hotel is a small restaurant/cafe with very helpful staff ideal for a morning coffee and croissant. If you need basic provisions there is a medium sized supermarket about 400 metres away. This is an ideal base for exploring San Sebastián while removing the need to spend ages looking for a parking spot.

4 night stay, the most expensive of whole trip. Staff friendly room clean. Needs Air Con, has fan but didnt help couldn't keep window open as motorway outside.

Very pleasant

the hotel is a bit outside of town, but I had a car so this was not a problem. You need to take stairs to get to the reception, so be aware of this when you come in with your suitcase. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. I was only one night there since I was on a road trip.

passing through from france to southern spain. comfortable and what we needed, could have done with air con, but it is hotter than normal this year. overall a excellent hotel.

Hôtel agréable pour un prix modique. Parking gratuit , entree très jolie. Contrairement a ce qui est écrit dans les conditions pour l'arrivée l'entrée se fait jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits très larges La salle de bain est aussi grande et agréable.Il n'y a pas d'air climatisé, juste un bow window a l'extérieur devant la fenêtre de la chambre., Cela doit faire un sas pour la température l'été et tempérer un peu sûrement.En tout cas au printemps le logement est parfait avec un côté un peu désuet avec des clés pour les chambres a l'ancienne. Le petit déjeuner est servi par le bar de l'hôtel où le personnel est très aimable mais il n'y a pas de prix global pour un petit déjeuner continental.Chaque produit choisi est facturé individuellement.cela reste très raisonnable. Comme d'habitude en Espagne on peut bénéficier de sa chambre beaucoup plus longtemps qu'en France car l'heure d'arrivée possible est 15h et celle de sortie le lendemain 12h.C'est très agréable . Bon moment.
