It was convenient to get to. The rooms were clean however the bed is hard and the hotel itself is old. But it's good to stay here.

This place is delightful! Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. My room was excellent and spacious too. I'll stay again sometime!! Highly recommend!

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel's part.

The carpet was worn through. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. I would not stay there again.

朝食無しでした。暖房が強いか弱いか。ちょうど良くならない。乾燥がひどい。ベットのマットレス硬い

駐車場の説明がわかりづらかったですが、近くに停められたので良かったです。

プレミアムの部屋は部屋がリニューアルしているため、部屋も水回りも綺麗でした。 朝食も素晴らしい

繁華街に近いのでここにしました。部屋は清潔で接客も丁寧で良かったです。今回朝食を食べませんでしたが、美味しいと評判なので次回は食べたいです。

朝食は本当に素晴らしかった！ 手作り、味良し、種類も適度で品がある。 スタッフの気配りも素晴らしい！ この安さでこのクオリティは言う事なし！ 家族で滞在しましたが、また滞在したいくらい快適でした、ありがとうございました！

全体的に良かった。 ユニットバスなど部屋は掃除がしっかりされてて良かった。朝食ビュッフェも大満足。 駐車場の対応が少しややこしかった。 評価に入れてないけど、ここに限らず、Expediaで予約すると痛んだ部屋になるような気がする。機械音がずっと聞こえてたり、、、気がするだけかもだけど。

清潔にされていてよかったです。 ユニットバスもゆったりサイズでした。

窓がしっかり閉まっていなかったので冷たい風が入って来て暖房がきかなかった。フットランプが点灯しなかった。ベッドの近くベッドの横に横にコンセントがなかったので不便だった。
