El personal muy amable y atento pero las instalaciones se ven descuidadas. En mi habitación: habían humedades, la televisión ni funcionaba, la regadera estaba tapada, el agua salió helada. Sin duda, aunque el espacio el bonito, no está a la altura considerando el costo por noche. La comida en la restaurante era buena pero muy elevado el precio.

Beautiful property. Staff was super accommodating. Room was large and a great value for the price. Best was breakfast! Last day we all ordered two entrees!

Todo muy bien la vdd es que las habitaciones si necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, pero nada que no se tolere, el aire acondicionado, la tina, todo funciono de manera excelente, el restaurante muy rico y todo en general bien.

La atención del staff y la comida impecable. Solo que las condiciones de la habitación no fueron las mejores. Muy descuidado el lugar, el colchón sumamente viejo, las toallas sucias, pero de percudidas por el tiempo. El jacuzzi de la terraza en muy malas condiciones. El lugar de entrada es muy lindo, junto con los jardines, pero la habitación dejó mucho que desear.

I loved staying at Sitio Sagrado, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very attentive and caring. Would definitely go back!

The property is a bit outdated. The water didn’t flow easily in the showers. The cable didn’t work. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey for the area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

Para los precios que maneja el hotel tienen muy mal servicio. Las instalaciones deterioradas y no hay agua caliente!!!! Ah, tampoco tienen internet.

El hotel está ok pero las fotos no son representativas del lugar. Es decepcionante en comparación con las expectativas creadas por las fotos. La alberca es más pequeña, la vista no es como las fotos lo muestran, las habitaciones son muy simples. El lugar es agradable pero le falta mantenimiento, pintura, etc. Lo mejor de todo es la gente, es super amable y servicial. El precio es costoso para el lugar, lo comparo con Misión del Sol que tiene precios similares y las instalaciones son mucho mejores.

Le falta mantenimiento , me cobraron por adelantado cuando había seleccionado pagar en sitio , excelente la comida , la alberca muy fría. El paisaje increíble

No hay gente de recepción por la noche, si te pasa algún incidente no hay quien te auxilie. Apareció en mi cuarto una araña bastante grande, por más que estuve llamando a recepción nadie contesto y cuando salí a buscar ayuda solo estaba el portero en todo el lugar

Pésima experiencia. No recomiendo que vayan a este hotel y yo no vuelvo a ir. No había agua en nuestro cuarto (después de 3 llamadas a recepción) y fallidos intentos. Nos fuimos del hotel sin bañarnos y sin poder lavarnos los dientes. PÉSIMO!!!

Amazing service, views and food. Only thinkg is the pool was always cold and they couldnt manage to turn the heater on.. Also bad wifi, even at main areas.

The hotel is in a very unique place. The nature around it is breathtaking. But it is in very bad shape. It shouldn’t be listed as a 5 stars hotel because at the most it is a 3 stars one. So it is a scam to charge an amount higher than the best hotels in Tepoztlan because it creates a very wrong impression about Mexico. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there

Excellent stay would return if possible by the way I lost eyeglasses don’t know where? Eduardo was excellent in restaurant and valuable person for information and advice!!food spa all very excellent a truly great resort!!
