Affordable price with a 2-story room, marble floors all the way to the toilet, love it! Clean. Comfortable bed. Smart TV but can't use the account. The rooftop pool is accessible until night with views of the Jakarta building. But the entire area is non-smoking. Close to XXI Metropole!

Large mezzanine type room, full glass room, there is an elevator, a swimming pool on the top floor with a view of tall buildings, the location is close to RSCM Kirana, Bung Karno University and the Ministry of Creative Economy so there are lots of snacks around, no need to worry about going hungry. There is a shared kitchen (stove, microwave) so you can borrow plates, wash dishes and cook. No drinks are provided in the room, but there is a dispenser in the shared kitchen. So far so good, it's fun to stay here 🫰🏻

The security guard service is super friendly and rivals BCA security guards. The rooms are comfortable and have complete facilities, minus the inability to cook in the room. The rest is okay and for a price under 400 thousand, it is very worth it to bring the family.

The security guys were always helpful, guiding my cars to enter and exit the parking lot.

The apartment is very clean and quite spacious, there is a pantry, very close to RSCM so it is very good for those who want to get treatment at RSCM

Since the destination is RSCM, the estimated walking distance is quite short, and there's close access to food nearby. Perhaps staying here would be an alternative option if you need to visit RSCM again for a checkup.
