The location is very near from the Chitose station and surrounded by konbini and Yayoi restaurants. But the staff is not fluent in English, so we need Google Translate to have some conversation. Meanwhile, I already emailed the hotel regarding my request to book a taxi from the hotel to the airport, and the email was replied to; the request will be fulfilled upon our check-in. Unfortunately, as the staff said, the taxi company was quite busy and didn't take our booking for tomorrow's schedule and only gave us other options (like bus or train), but we couldn't make it to the airport if we chose this option since boarding time is 7.20. The staff didn't give any attention to our concern, while we needed help to book via Uber (we cannot sign in since we don't have Japan numbers), but the staff said they have rules from their company so they cannot help us. Maybe in the future, you can consider having a shuttle to the airport or help to give any recommendation, especially for tourists. The hotel room is nice overall, and we were happy staying at this hotel.
