Recommended, close to New Chitose Airport

location wise, it is super convenient, 3 min walk to station and 7-11 is right next to it. but thats about all you can get, pretty decent room but might be on the smaller side for some people. overall this is a nice hotel for transit.

Great hotel. It has a public bath too! Very close to the station and bus to New Chitose Airport (it's basically next to the station). Free flow coffee & tea too. It has free luggage storage too in case you wanna explore the city after you check out or before check in. Loving it though we only stayed for several hours.

The hotel is connected to JR Chitose station. Love it! And if I come back here, I will definitely stay here again :)

Unexpectedly very good hotel that is very near with train station and bus shuttle to airport. The public bath and lounge are excellent with free drinks. Five minutes walk to AEON mall.

Nice hotel, just walk about a few meters from Chitose Station and arrived! The room is so nice, got 7-Eleven beside the hotel. I would give 5 stars for this hotel.

The best hotel ever! I stayed here just 1 night and I was so surprised with the amenities (free extra pillow). And the location is very close to JR station just 20 steps.

First time staying in Chitose as I always have stayed in the Airport Hotel. So I wanted to be close to the train station for easy access back to the Airport. The Hotel is approx 20M from the train station and the train costs 290jpy. It is quiet new and whoever designed the room layouts did a great job and the interior decorating was awesome (15 years in the building industry I look at these things). The choice of pillows was a great touch and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were state of the art and again well designed. They lounge on the 2nd floor with Tea and Coffee was well used and we enjoyed a bottle of wine up there in the evening. The onsen bathhouse looked great with lots of free product although I wasn't able to use due to my tattoos. We didn't eat at the adjoining restaurant as there was a lot of restaurants nearby and 2 x 7-11's within 20M and they also have a microwave to heat up food if needed. Staff were great I will definitely return.
