Great location with walking distance to Tokyo Station. We picked this hotel because it has connecting rooms that fit perfectly for our group with 4 adults and 2 kids. They have an open drinking compliments from 10 am to 10 pm. Our kids loved the soft drinks 😄. Everything was good for us. Great service by hotel staff on transferring our luggages to the next hotel.

Very nice hotel, close to tokyo station, daimaru, and a lot of convenient store. Very clean hotel, have a laundry room, value for money. Really nice hotel.

Near Tokyo station. Room is not too small. There is a separate room with clean facilities and free beverages on the 1st floor beside the lobby.

Fairly (very) good hotel, close to Tokyo Station, clean, good facilities & luxurious interior. High-end toilet / WC mode with electronic touch buttons on the wall / separate from the body closet. There is a USB 5 V for charging the cellphone above sleep, so no need for a charger anymore. For smokers, smoking rooms are available on the 4th & 9th floor. Anyway ... Kōhinshitsu .... aka Excellent

Best location if you come from Narita airport by bus (Tokyo Shuttle) because you can walk here within 3 minutes as well as from hotel to Tokyo station. The room is compact but have many amenities. At the first floor there is a drinking bar and dining area for free.

It was very pleased to stay at Karaksa Hotel Tokyo. The location nearby the Tokyo Station and also nearby good restaurants. The hotel give the best facilities such as sleepwear, complete bath equipments and high technology toilet. First time I use shampoo from the hotel and made my hair so silky! It was never happen from others hotel shampoo! The body bath also very fragrance and I love it! I definitely will come back to stay at Karaksa Hotel! Thank you

Accommodation is very good location, easy to reach from Tokyo Station, less than 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious for hotels in Japan. Can open 2 large bags at once. Overall, very impressed.

Very close to the Tokyo station, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, and there is a dining room with a microwave and drinking ready kept.

Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station runs about 15 minutes from Tokyo Station. Still have to look around at exit but it is still close to the station. Room condition is quite clean according to the photo description. Book a triple bedroom which is like a typical hotel in Japan that is small. But it's still a bit bigger than the 2 hotels we had in Osaka and service. In the lobby there is a lounge which is open almost 24 hours and is provided with a coffee machine and softdrink machine. This lounge is used for 2 functions, in the morning as a breakfast place after that, it can only be used as a lounge. Fast check-in check-out process. Near the hotel there is a family mart and 7 eleven. Looking for food is rather difficult in my opinion around the hotel there are many places to eat but not too right for us who bring teenagers. Because the restaurant around the hotel many office visitors drink together and after that get a bit drunk. To come back again, I would probably prefer the Ginza area.
