Nice place!

Two night stay so thst we could visit Pisa and Lucca. Room was next to lift shaft, so quite noisy. Shower was positioned in the middle of the bath (probably because the plumbing could not be accommodated at the end of the bath due to the lift shaft) which meant water went everywhere. Walls are thin, so you can hear whats going on next door, and down stairs. The location is good for getting around the area, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The good: Very nice staff, nice lobby and breakfast area, great location, clean. The bad: TINY room, faded, patchy carpeting that we would not walk barefoot on, very disappointing.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Great location, wonderful breakfasts, and very kind and efficient staff.

Went along for the annual Carnivale. Hotel was located right on the edge of the route so you could walk out and watch the parade. Staff were great. Able to assist with every request even my desperate need for a strong coffee the night after the festival. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and two minutes to the beach. Continental breakfast was also delicious and a lot to choose from.

Very nice hotel and great location. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip.

Went for a 3 night stay after visiting Lucca. Lovely clean and well appointed hotel on the main strip, next to all local amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless. Verandas and rooftop amenities were great. Excellent Italian breakfast included and air condition in the room was a welcome return after temps of 35c plus during the day. Lots of Local restaurants nearby and a very short walk to fish heaven at the marina restaurants and street/ boat food. Went to the beach one day, only advise would be check the best private provider as they can vary greatly.

Parking not available near hotel until after 8 when shopping closed

Right on the beach promenade, although shops, restaurants and beach clubs block view of the sea in most of the town. Matteo at reception was great and gave me good restaurant recommendations. The single room is quite small. Bed was comfortable and water pressure fine.

Perfectly located directly across from the Passaggiata and the beach. Abundant and delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A very good hotel close to all amenities

The hotel is right on the main promenade so a great location. The beach is just across the road, as are the shops and restaurants. The hotel decor feels quite dated and would benefit from being refreshed. One complaint I would have is noise. My room faced the beach and main road, even with the windows shut, it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, whenever a room door was closed in the hotel at night, you could hear the door banging all over the hotel.
