Excellent staff

Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, with very helpful staff and good-quality food. I would definitely recommend it for a getaway weekend.

The room was spotless and nice, but could really use some rugs in the winter. The floor was cold! Also, I'd expect a hotel of this caliber to have robes and slippers (which would help with the freezing floors issue too). We were there for Christmas, so there was a great deal of hanging out, but not a whole lot of common space to do so in. I ended up spending a lot of time at the bar, which wasn't so comfortable (or warm). The room had it's own heat, so other than the floors it was warm, and some nice chairs. Breakfast was disappointing and while the rest of the staff was really, really lovely, the staff at breakfast was unpleasant, like we were imposing on them. Perhaps they were understaffed given the holiday special lunch/dinner. I'm guessing that this would be a lovely space to use as a base for hiking in better weather

The room we stayed in was outstanding - spacious with a comfortable bed and stunning views. The pool area was clean, well serviced by staff and with great views. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice and a range of affordable wines.

Of you have a night to spare, don't miss staying here, more than worth it.

Property is great and have been a guest before....did not like the customer service received during my recent visit...was disppointed to be charged extra when requesting ketchup for fries served as part of a meal ordered...seemed to be a lot of nickel and diming...chase the cents and miss the dollars...

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, which made the stay feel even more special. The property itself is full of character and charm, with thoughtful details throughout. The views from everywhere in the hotel were nothing short of magical, whether from the rooms, terraces, or common areas. On top of it all, the food was amazing—delicious, beautifully presented, and a highlight of the stay. A truly memorable experience!

What a fabulous and beautiful place to stay. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The views are breathtaking and the whole hotel/castle has fantastic decor and it is immaculate through out. There is always plenty of staff on hand if you need any help or assistance. We stayed in room 403 and the mountain views went on for miles and miles. The food on offer was delicious and the areas to sit out to take in the views that you will never tire of looking at. The room was nice and spacious and a comfortable bed with a lovely big balcony. We will definitely be back! Thank you Andrea and Casper

Incredible place ! Loved my stay I would definitely come back . Lovely staff and sweet. Rooms are very clean and comfortable bed in my opinion. Parking was somewhat easy. But the place itself is really nice the pool is clean and good size with seating area.

We visited south Spain Andalusia and stay in a quiet place and Cadtelo hotel was amazing to relax as it’s located in a village away from Marbella but only 20 minutes drive

Beautiful property

Beautiful hotel, well decorated and functional rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. You have everything you need on site. Location is a little secluded but the scenery is stunning and most definitely worth the trip. We had no problems getting there and venturing in and out of the town. Overall a lovely, relaxing stay and we hope to return in future.
