My standards for value weren't met on privacy: a maid opened the door and I habitually use all the locks upon entering. My own toiletries disappeared. The house phone was a "zapper." The closet smelled like animals. It was new and the breakfast was large, but call in an exorcist before I stay there again.

Room & facility were great. Check in was spoiled by an overconvoluted app-based parking registration! Can't just write down car type & plate #? No, had to use an app + cc number, then later find out $50 for parking! No one mentioned that, very dishonest and greatly over-inflated rate for this non-downtown area. Breakfast was below expectations.

Everythig is food

the room was dark, unable to find light switches anywhere. also wanted a tub, which I saw in the listing. They assume everyone knows how to use scan for parking. And the instructions to move the elevator were naught.

Rooms generally were fine, but some lights did not work in our bathroom. No fan in bathroom so the mirror fogged often. Surrounding area is okay, but food options require a drive.

Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. Close to airport and all major highways.

Breakfast was good if you eat early when the food is newly prepared. Shuttle driver was very friendly. Employee at check in was AWFUL!!!! Had no idea what he was doing and NO manners. His name was Mo.

Cecilia at the front desk alone made my stay just amazing ! Her hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond was very much so appreciated. If I ever stay here again it’s bcuz her warm energy and generosity made the stay that much more enjoyable
