People at the desk bearly speak English. No chance to have a prompt bar service

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great location, very friendly staff, cleanliness and convenient parking. This is the hotel we would like to stay at on our next trips to Tekirdag.

Very clean room and sterilised items in plastic wraps due to covid. Amazing views from the room's balcony. Free buffet breakfast was splendid!

Des'Otel has become one of my favorite hotels on the planet!! Their customer service is excellent. The general manager has excellent English and is so kind to our kids and very helpful in recommending the best restaurants and local sites. The rooms are comfortable and pretty much soundproof. The beds are comfortable. The internet is super fast (much faster than at home or my office). The breakfast is fantastic!! The water pressure in the showers is wonderful too. The hotel staff is extra careful wearing masks and gloves during the Covid pandemic. We appreciate that they are being careful to protect their guests. My only recommendation is that you might want to consider searching for another way of booking your hotel besides Hotels.com. We had a 28% service fee added to our room by Hotels.com !!! I originally thought that perhaps Terkirdag had an extremely high tax rate but after talking with the hotel manager, seeing the print out details from the hotel, and later chatting with Hotels.com chat service, I found out that the 28% fee was all from Hotels.com. They are getting around having to crediting our Rewards program by charging it to additional Taxes and Fees instead. So ridiculous!! I'm going to find a different service like Kayak, Expedia or something else that treats their customers with respect.

The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was kind.

The hotel is comfort and clean. A good breakfast array. Located near city centre. A nice stop over before Istanbul or Çannakale.

Modern, clean hotel. Fast internet and the best shower water pressure in the world (not exaggerating)! Nice breakfast. Located near a warehouse but less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront and a mall. The air conditioner wasn't super cold would only cool the room down to 24 C but it was still comfortable because it takes the humidity out the air.

Beautifully clean, helpful staff, good breakfast..... And the beds really are as amazing as everyone says

Everything was very good. I paid a triple room and the personal give us a family room with two big bedrooms. The breakfast was very good. Everybody was so kind with us. If we will come again in Tekirdağ, we will reserve again at Des' otel

The rooms were very clean and well furnished. We ate dinner at the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the regional meatballs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
