The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.

The airconditioning system can only be set at 25degrees. The water washing / dryer can only used when we were out due to the noise from the machine that radiated within the whole room. So we cannot wah and dry during the night. ViP access comes with free parking.

Excellent room with balcony and small kitchen, big fridge, very clean and modern.. Amazing breakfast, best i ever had.

Lovely clean residence with a fabulous breakfast. Nothing but good things about this place. Only that it is not close to old town but has parking and bus / tram in right there

Excellent value of money

The rooftop Vienna suite was bright, clean and spacious with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was closed the rest of the time. The living room furniture was stylish, but uncomfortable. The bed was amazing. We would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable, fully furnished apartments close to shopping and public transportation. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was superb.

I loved this hotel, and food its great. Very nice people working on this property. The rooms are huge and have everything you need to feel good.

Beautiful design, wonderful stuff. very nice with the couple, family to living, next to grocery, easy to move anywhere. Really good for it!

The room was clean and comfortable, The kitchen was fairly well equipped for self catering and there was transport close for easy access to the city The only problem was the aircon didn't work when we first arrived, it was very warm in the room. The reception staff gave us a fan which was great but it was very noisy and couldn't keep it on at night so it was uncomfortable to sleep. We asked a few times but were told there was no one available to fix it . On the 3rd day my partner googled and worked out what was wrong and fixed it Unfortunately the hotel failed to send someone to even look at it. The curtains in the room were very sheer so the room was very light at 5am. Block out curtains would have made for a better sleep

Clean and nice setup. Room size is good and toilet room size is good. Air-conditioning but unfortunately mine is not function well. Breakfast is good and friendly staff

Our room was very noisy as it was facing a main road. We had to close all windows and turned on the air-con. The room was very spacious and clean but the bar-chairs were not comfortable at all.

Closed to public transportation Confortable clean kitchen all I need for it Please note that there is no housekeeping this is not a hotel is more an apartment but they make sure you get all the things you need Be aware if you get there later than 7:00 pm make sure you contact the hotel so they can leave the key in a mail box I would stay here again for sure

Everything was great and the staff Mark has been extremely helpful. According to Mark, the residence has been in business for only 1 and a half year. If I have told about this information, I would definitely stay longer. So they should provide this important information on Hotel.com

As a regular visitor to Prague, my first booking in apartment and not a hotel, excellent public transport location not a problem, the room was very spacious, bathroom excellent, cooking facilities made it simple to prepare meals, on warmer days balcony was a bonus, did not use onsite restaurant, beset on price paid excellent place to stay and highly recommend

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant on premises was very good, as well. The staff did a good job at speaking English and being accommodating to our language. The rooms were very nice and would be fantastic for a long stay or a family, with the kitchenette etc.

Our stay at Residence Trafick was great! The front desk staff spoke English extremely well and were very friendly and helpful. The free parking was under the building, completely covered, and had video surveillance. The building itself, including the rooms, are brand new and very clean/modern. The rooms are equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Ours even included a scale in the bathroom, a sandwich maker, immersion blender, etc. The air conditioning is also a perk. We reserved a patio room and our patio was impeccably clean and quiet. The free breakfast in the morning is cooked when you order it (eggs, ham, sausages, and cooked veggies). There are also other cold breakfast items. Great value and the bus stop is just across the street. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment, immaculate, new and nicely decorated. Really spacious and well equipped. Has everything you may need! Amazing staff, who really work hard to ensure you are happy. Breakfast was amazing, and so much food! Wi-Fi is good and reliable. The property is a little bit further out from the city but Uber is cheap (about £5 a trip!). Really cannot recommend highly enough! Would love to come back :) Thanks again to all of the team.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das ganze System ist sehr automatisiert und alle Vorgänge sind online. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir an der Rezeption anriefen, um Fragen zu stellen, wurden wir auf Englisch empfangen und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass man selbst einchecken kann, wenn man eine Kaution hinterlegt hat, so dass man einchecken kann, wann es einem passt. Das Hotel hat auch einen Aufzug. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Waschmaschine, Haartrockner, Mikrowelle usw. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Parkplatz. Das Parken ist sehr gut organisiert, alles ist automatisiert und es gibt Platz sowohl in der Tiefgarage als auch neben dem Hotel, wenn es unten keine Plätze gibt.
