Closest to public transportation, clean room

there is a small lift that links directly to the Whitey underground mall so it makes it convenient to push luggage to train station. location is good with lots of food choices

Its too small hotel room for the price and staff are not efficient in handling booking and need to polish their Basic English and customer service skill! Highly not recommended to book this hotel!

Good location, nearby area with restaurants. Around 10-15 mins away from Osaka Station. The space was pretty cramped but clean and they provided sleeping robe. We forgot to bring the electric head for Japan but we could borrow from the receptionist.

The location is okay, only the bed is a bit less clean, the rest is ok, all the food is delicious too.

Located near Higashi Umeda Station and Osaka. Very easy access. The receptionist service is good and patient, even though I am not good at speaking Japanese. Clean rooms, complete facilities. Recommended.

Great location, there’s even an access to the Whity underground from the hotel. During rainy season’s like this, the underground access is really a plus point. The room was clean and comfortable, definitely will stay there again if we are in Osaka.

Strategic location, near Namba Station / Osaka Station. No need to cross the road, from the station hallway to the M9 exit. The location of this hotel is near the exit. Behind the hotel there is Don Quijote, Hep Five Wheel, & other shopping attractions.

The staff helped me book 2 rooms because I shared with teenage children. Very nice to be helped side by side, clean rooms good location.
