Check in: I booked the night and I texted the owner if the check in process and his unit number. The only reaction is "copy po". That morning, I was still texting him and asking if the key was in the lobby, his reply was just "copy po". Then he says that I only text him when he is in urban deca. I checked in late, and when I texted him in my lobby, he didn't respond. 30mins ago the guards in the urban deca didn't even know what unit I had bought. I wrote a tinext but he didn't respond. Until a unit caretaker arrives. He asked me for 500 for the key deposit to be refundable.
Unit: the unit is okay, there is wifi, a heater in the cr, and a shower. I didn't even know there were flies inside. Unable to enter the wifi password unit, I even texted the owner to ask if he had any wifi and his reply was just "there". If I hadn't asked for the password, he wouldn't have given it.
Check out: caretaker says, I'll just tell him when he checks out. I texted him for almost 30min, he still didn't respond, it was like the owner. I went to the lobby to ask if they could call the unit caretaker. Case is not possible. So I sent him a tinext, and it was a long time before he went to the lobby. She took the key for her to check on him first. He asked me if I had a bank account because I had just deposited 500 for the key deposit, because it was early and no cash. I asked if I had given up, he said he had nothing. 30mins later and I was waiting for my 500 deposit but still nothing. He left and left me in the unit. I texted her because she was waiting for me. When he returned he told me that he could not deposit my account so he just gave me 500 cash. When I got out of the urban deca, the caretaker suddenly texted me and said that I had just arrived yesterday in the unit with some tvplus, but I hadn't seen anything and had not changed anything. It is a hassle of checking in and checking out their process. #neveragain
