Very friendly staff Long, Nhu, Hang... room ok, buffet ok to taste

Bad, room smells damp, old air conditioner, no basic amenities like hangers. Unenthusiastic staff. Will not return.

The staff on the first day of the morning talked indifferently and did not smile or say anything when they met. I booked a hotel and paid for it, I didn't have to ask for food from charity, but I didn't say hello or say anything. The room's soundproofing is quite bad so it's a bit noisy. In short, never come back

Nhân viên lễ tân thì cục cằn, hỏi cái địa chỉ mà nói chuyện như bố mẹ người ta, bảo vệ cũng dở hơi cho nghỉ việc đi là vừa, mình luôn đánh giá cao dịch vụ ở Sài Gòn nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên mình trải nghiệm dịch vụ tệ như vậy, không có gì để khen luôn á, lười viết tiếp luôn

The stay overall is quite great and enjoyable in a tranquil spot near the airport, offered with helpful staff and clean room which is not high but enough for the short term. Greatly impressed by the breakfast with 2 optional dishes besides the other. The only small matter is the light in the wardrobe does not work well when keeps turning on and off all night.

I checked in at 12pm but the reservation code was not recorded, only after receiving the room in the state recording temporary reservation code. This could be due to a reservation issue. The receptionist that night was negligent but also in good attitude and arranged his room ok. Rooms are nice and clean, cheap but still luxurious. The receptionist in the morning is not professional, communicating with customers without respect and warmth. The water in the room is a little weak
