We requested to be met at 5.30 when we arrived as had an 81 yr old with us.
Be aware there are 2 towers and to check which tower you are staying. We arrived on time but no one to meet us, when we called we were advised the person we had contacted was sick and the message had not been passed on. We waited until 6.40 for someone to let us in.
We requested another key for the room and it was utmost important that we have it, whilst looking after an elderly person and packing up a deceased estate unit, that the water had been cut off we were required to come back for a toilet break, we also requested a phone call the following morning to advise us when it will be delivered.
Never got the call or the other key!
When I received an email hoping out stay was good I asked about the other key, I was told the previous occupant had lost it - how hard is it to get another key produced and how is it the current occupants problem!
The front of the microwave door had come away from the unit so we were required to push it in and up to get the microwave working.
There were 3 of us staying but only 1 flannel provided - we managed to get 2 more from a cleaning person we came across.
