Immaculately clean room and surroundings. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure our stay was delightful. The continental breakfast included various fresh fruits, which we did not expect.

Clean, nicely maintained, friendly staff, close to everything. Nice continental breakfast of fruit, coffee, toast. Beds are hard.

My husband and I stayed in room 1, felt like we were in a motocross race Could hear every car, motorcycle, dirt bike go by all night. Got really loud from 5-7 am. Bed is as hard as a rock other than that it was clean and provided needed essentials. Front desk was pleasant to deal with and location is great.

They need a better continental breakfast.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Valladolid. For sure will be back. The continental Breakfast is a Bomb!!

The hotel was clean & comfortable, close to town center & bus station. My only complaint is the street noise.

The hotel was clean and well located. The beds were comfy but I found the pillows a bit too thick. The staff was friendly.

Location is excellent. The style and decour are beautiful and the service top notch. The breakfast is sad: only fruit and white bread with jam or butter.

Great location to the center. Bring cash as they DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!! WE HAD TO FIND AN ATM AFTER TRAVELING ALL DAY. THEY TELL EVERYONE THE CREDIT CARD MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING? Breakfast was meagre Room was very clean.

Breakfast was super basic. Other than that just loved the location and my room.

Centrally located. Very close to city center with lots of dining and shopping options. Also very close to a cenote which is a major plus. Wi-fi was fast. Breakfast was basic- toast, butter, jam, fruits, coffee and tea. Does not accept cards for payments so bring cash.

The worst bed ever you could fill every single spring on the mattress. Location was great and very clean, parking is on the street.
