It was ice hotel and staff were very nice

We had a wonderful experience with our family. The locations was great along with the accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and nice common area. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to explore Hague

Excellent hotel, awesome location, amenities, friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast are all top notch. Bed comfort, however, not theirs strong suit.

Great place to stay. Very convenient for all visitor attractions. A nice touch to have 24 hour tea and coffee available. Definitely recommend.

Lovely buffet breakfast! Suite was fantastic, hotel feels spacious and is very clean. All staff were so polite friendly and made the stay so comfortable. Laundry facilities and 24 hr access to hot drinks and mineral water were such a nice touch Will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and polite, the breakfast delious. They have a free happy hour and 24 hour coffe is available. We had a coffee maker in our room but as we were on the ground floor, it was easier to get coffe from the big machine which provide a variety of coffe choices. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing was the convenient location, across the street from the Mauthuis and within walking distance for everything The tram stop is virtually in front of the hotel providing a quick ride to the central station when carrying your bags. Otherwise just walk. I think for everything it offers this hotel is a bargain.

Staff was helpful and patient with our needs. We loved the daily snacks and the breakfasts were spectacular. Convenient walk to just what we wanted to do and see. This experience set a new high bar for us of what a hotel experience can be.

The location of this hotel is beautiful, and right in the centre of museums shopping. Staff was super friendly and the hotel has complimentary all-day coffee, which was appreciated!

A perfect home from home in an exceĺlent location. All the convenience of a hotel [breakfast , light servicing & coffee on tap included] combined with the independence of a lounge and kitchen to fix up a snak. Located in heart of historic museum area yet close to eateries, pubs and shops. Simply excellent.

Everything was as expected but the breakfast was very disgusting owing to a limited supply for anyone having breakfast after 0930 each morning. On one occasion only boiled eggs and hash browns were available.

I had a wonderful three night stay recently. The suites have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is tea an coffee available downstairs 24 hours a day and there are social evenings several times a week where drinks and snacks are provided. The bathroom and shower were huge! The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the main shopping area. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The christmas decorations were beautiful as well!

Close to the city centre and just around the corner from the Winter markets.

Really enjoyed our recent stay here.Staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and it is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this. Wednesday and Thursday evenings the hotel offered free food to guests and the breakfast was very good.
