Genuinely the best hotel stay of my life. The staff couldn’t have done anything more for us and even upgraded us for our engagement. The most perfect holiday ever!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The bathrobes in the room were dirty, and we documented this. The bathtub was also dirty inside, with visible stains. Basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, which was disappointing, as these are essential items. We also ordered food to the room, but a completely different dish was delivered, and it was not satisfactory. There was no hot water available for basic needs such as making tea, as there was no kettle in the room. Additionally, the TV was essentially unusable — it was not possible to connect a phone, and the available channels and programs did not work properly. Overall, the room lacked basic comfort and functionality.

Stayed for New Years and it was incredibly clean, awesome hospitality, and great location

I requested room with no pets or close to pets I was put in a room next to 2 dogs one very large dog and barked all night long

The front desk did not meet five-star standards, and the room was poorly cleaned at check-in. Overall, it was not worth the price.
