Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible.

出張のためシングルルームでの宿泊でしたが、大浴場も朝食もとても満足いくものでした。次回出張はもちろん、家族との旅行でも泊まってみたいです。

朝食がちょうどいい量、またスタッフの皆さんが明るくて心地いい時間でした 館内も冬期だからからか、落ち着いて静かでゆっくり休めました

部屋の水回りの部屋がカビ臭と点々と汚れがあったのが残念でした。 それ以外はとても素晴らしくリラックスして過ごせました。 大浴場は広々、お風呂前のカリン水もおいしく、お掃除のスタッフもとても親切でした。 朝食もたくさんのおかずがおいしく、ご飯とお味噌汁、サラダ等おかわりできてお腹いっぱいで一日を始めることができて嬉しかったです。 ありがとうございました。

温泉の種類が豊富で、朝食も健康的ながらも美味しく感じた。諏訪湖や上諏訪駅へのアクセスも良い。
