I love this place, old school home turned BNB community, if parking wasn't a hassle it would be perfect!

Good quiet place

This place is close to everything, including La Placita. I stayed there for the Bad Bunny concert and my Uber driver took me to dinner pick me up took me to the concert and drop me back off. The rooms are incredibly clean and large. No complaints, I would stay there again

We liked a lot ...

It is close to the beach, a 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, la Placita, and you can uber to many cool places. I have stayed there 3 times already and really appreciate the staff and the easy check in and check out. Very clean and great for a good night sleep. Large tvs with roku and many channels...Not far away from the highway. I usually dont rent a car when i stay there because there is not a lot of street parking.

The property was clean and well stocked with toiletries. I didnt like the description states theres parking but when I asked , there wasnt any. There is no washer and dryer either.

There is no WiFi available and there were no towels in the bathroom. Luckily I had one with me

I like that it was in a good neighborhood and walking distance to the beach and food places, just think that the rooms needs a table an a chair. Regardless of that was good if you are like us that only u need the room to sleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and in an excellent location. There is a grocery store closeby, within a block, which is convenient. One downfall is the lack of sufficient kitchen utensils. No drinking glasses or cups, only one teaspoon and no forks at all. The pots and pans could use an upgrade as well. One thing to note, the power was out on our second day there, however the main living room A/C unit and one bedroom A/C unit stayed running. All of the A/C units work extremely well!
