What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. The staff were so polite & friendly & just could not do enough for you. We opted for the deluxe package & room was very spacious & cleaned extremely well each morning, the evening turn down service was also appreciated with sundries being restocked daily. The beach area was lovely with amazing views out to Kastri Island whilst offering a great food & drinks service. Lots of swimming pools to choose from too. Food & drink options were plenty with most restaurants offering an al la carte service which worked well for us as we don’t generally like buffet service. We had superb meals every evening with beautiful champagne & wine pairings. It really felt like we were dining out in different restaurants each evening sampling varied cuisines. We hired a Tesla for a day & were able to visit other areas of Kos which was great. This holiday was not cheap but I really feel like we got good value for money. This was our first Ikos experience but will definitely not be our last! If you are considering it then do not hesitate. Book now!

Very good , hotel facilities are great. Only comment the deluxe pool view room, it was only partial view from part of the garden.

We had a really good family holiday here, with great food and drinks. Our kids loved the bikes and playing on the beach, pools were warm and plenty to keep them amused. My only small critism would be consistency of service across the restaurants. Overall, fabulous holiday

Amazing

Great choice of restaurants, amazing service and the use of the mini for a day and the dine around option were excellent add-ons. The room was slightly smaller than we expected for a junior suite and the sea view was obscured by a tree but this did not detract from our holiday. We are already planning our next Ikos adventure!

Our first IKOS experience and certainly not our last! Ikos have raised the bar for all inclusive holidays to a whole new level. The beautiful resort, the attention to detail provided by the excellent staff, the a la Carte options and exceptionally crafted cuisine makes it a complete winner.

The service and attitude from the staff set this hotel apart from others. Maria and the guys serving by the Splash down pool deserve special mention. Brand new hotel so clean & fresh - gardens already good but will be amazing in 5 years. Great choice of top class restaurants and great buffet as well. Couldn’t fault - we will be back!

A lot of noise at the pools, beach and other places. The main reason i went to Ikos Aria is to RELAX. If i am going to pay $1000 a night for a luxury resort on a small Kos island, then I expect quiet and relaxation. I was very disappointed that there was a lot of noise at the beach, pools, and lounges. (1) Noise on the beach. That advertisement picture where you see the beach all quiet and peaceful, forget it, it's not reality. I was very disappointed there was noise all over the beach from many children and locals. I discovered that any local person on the island from the public can access the middle of the beach where this 5 star hotel is located (maybe because of the historical ruins on the beach). Local families with kids are allowed to come in the deluxe beach area and scream, make noise. I came here to relax and have quiet. Whoever decided to build a 5-star hotel in the middle of a public beach made a mistake. The hotel will change and improve on the services, but they can't change the location. (2) Noise at the pools. That beautiful advertisement picture of the quiet and peaceful pool, forget it! The reality is there are many children screaming in the water, jumping in the pool, and running around at the main pools. Kos must be marketing to families with children because i see a lot of kids around the hotel, but me as a couple I want peace and relaxation. Ikos Aria was not relaxing because of the noise. I returned home not relaxed.

Wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt im Ikos Aria. Das Hotel ist nur 15min vom Flughafen Kos entfernt und hervorragend auf Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet, was für uns ideal war. Die beheizten Pools, der aufmerksame Service am Strand und am Pool sowie die gepflegte Anlage haben uns begeistert. Die à la carte-Restaurants sind abwechslungsreich und von sehr hoher Qualität – besonders das Frühstück dort ist ein Highlight. Das Buffet-Frühstück konnte uns dagegen weniger überzeugen. Der Service im ganzen Resort war extrem freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Zwar wirkte das Personal stellenweise etwas überfordert oder unerfahren, doch das wurde durch grosse Höflichkeit und Einsatz wettgemacht. Unsere kleine Kritik zu Beginn wurde sehr ernstgenommen – man bemühte sich sichtbar, unseren restlichen Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten, und eine kleine Reparatur im Zimmer wurde sofort erledigt. Ein Plus ist der inkludierte Room Service – komfortabel, wenn auch das Essen qualitativ nicht an die Restaurants heranreicht und leider oft nur lauwarm war. Die Getränkeauswahl mit internationalen Bieren und soliden Weinen ist sehr gut. Einige wenige Details (abgenutzte Fahrräder, Liegen oder Handtücher) könnten verbessert werden, beeinträchtigten aber unseren Gesamteindruck kaum. Insgesamt ein fast perfekter Familienurlaub – wir kommen gern wieder!

Wunderschönes Ambiente, kulinarischer Genuss, hervorragender Service und tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Kefalos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
