Clean, spacious, quality, very comfortable space and good air circulation

The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, the bed is quite comfortable, the shared toilet area and bathroom are clean.

The location is ok, in the Old Quarter, lots of places to eat around the hostel.

It was the most decent hostel I ever stayed! I loved the built-in bed, the strategic location, also the cleanliness 👍🏻. FYI, you need to pay 200k VND for the deposit or leave your identity card. Once you check out, they will give it back~

I impulsively booked this hostel cause my flight arrived at 3am and I didn't have any plans around Hanoi. It 's my first time staying at a hostel and I love love loved my stay here. I wished I booked this earlier during my almost 2 weeks of stay in Vietnam. Rooms are really really nice. Way beyond my expectations considering the very cheap price. Staff are so friendly! I would definitely love to go back here next time ❤.

Clean rooms, good facilities, well maintained, friendly staff.

The hotel is clean, neat, well arranged in every room, can be recommended for solo trips or those who like to stay in room sharing.

Located in Old Quarter, so very easy to walk around the city to Hoan Kiem Lake. Friendly staff.

The location is good. Beds are comfortable and clean, bathrooms are sufficient. The staff is very helpful. I booked air transfer on 7 Mar 2024 early morning from the app. But the driver did not come, hotel staff helped me to find another car. I reached the airport on time. Again, thank you.

Sebenarnya bagus dan bersih, tapi sayang di lantai 1 banyak yang nongkrong sampai subuh jadi suaranya berisik terdengar sampai lantai 5 karena itu gedung kecil bergema, plus tidak ada lift jadi siap-siap naik turun tangga kalau dapat lantai 5.

Hotel di Old Quarter, dekat night market. Bersih sekali. Puas menginap di sini. Next ingin kembali ke sini.

I like that the stairs are easy to climb. No need to risk falling down the stairs. The air conditioner is cool. The housekeeper is very cute. Waiting to make the bed every time. Good location.

Good location and good services.

The hostel is affordable. They clean up the bed (I stay in dormitory room) if you want with open the curtains. So when we are back to the room in the evening, the bed is ready, clean and tidy. The staff are nice. The shared bathroom also cleaned up once a day. The foods in the restaurant is so-so it will be nice incase you have a too many local food. The main menu is Italian. The internet connection is good. Check in check out process is fast. But we must leave the passports in reception desk.

Sesuai gambar dan bersih. Tidak semua staff berbahasa Inggris. Staff bagian tour, namanya Galvin sangat friendly dan membantu jika ingin tau lebih banyak tentang aktivitas yang bisa di lakukan selama berada di Hanoi.
