Despite the negative reviews, we stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and found the rooms to be renovated, clean, close to malls, and the swimming pool was my child's favorite area. The accommodation was comfortable, and the rooms were okay. We will definitely come back.

The room lacked charging sockets next to the bed, toothbrush holders, was small, and had an old air conditioner.

The location is close to the airport, so travel is quick, but the cleanliness is not great, and the room amenities are dirty and old. Soundproofing is poor; you can hear noise from outside and the floor above.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. There was also a swimming pool and gym, but I didn't have time to try them out. I would book again if I had the chance.

The room is divided into two sections, one old and one new. When booking through the app, they always put me on the old section. Ants were crawling right on the headboard at night. There were so many ants. The staff weren't very friendly.

For that price the room is ok.

The building is pretty wore out and the overall place is old which makes it feel kind of dirty in general.

The room doesn't have hot water. The hotel explained that it's a solar water heater so it's not hot at night. But it's not hot during the day either :)))) The soundproofing is not good. You could say it's not soundproof 🥲 If you're not used to sleeping on a soft mattress, you probably won't be able to sleep here 🥲

Nice room, nice view of the hotel in front, the bathroom faucet is a bit old, the room has a view of the highway at 2 corners so it is very noisy, and the soundproofing is poor quality glass so you can hear the sound of cars very clearly. After that, I booked a room with a view of the swimming pool in front of the hotel and it was no longer noisy.

This is the best Cozsum branch I've ever stayed at. Reasonable price. Nice, clean room. Can't use the swimming pool, everything else is ok.

But there are two number 41 on the road so it's easy to get confused when taking a taxi.
