Got a room on the 3rd floor, and luckily the staff was willing to help me carry my luggage, so I wasn't feeling stuffy, hehe. Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the hotel area was clean and cool.

I'm a regular here, and I once stayed for three months in room 102. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Overall, I was satisfied.

The location is close to Kuta Beach and downtown Kuta. It's also close to souvenir shops. The rooms and toilets are clean. Towels and toiletries are provided. There's also a water heater, complete with tea, coffee, and sugar. There's also a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly.

Stayed there for 5 days, but during my stay there, there was no service to tidy up the room, drinking water was also not refilled, even though the room was big, it was just that the service was very lacking.
