For a staycation it is very appropriate, the mountain atmosphere, and the view of the room I chose is also right, Mountain view, but the room building has a lot of rust because it is made from containers, the cleanliness around the room, especially the arrangement of the garden and trees is lacking in maintenance, the swimming pool is not maintained and even looks scary as if it has never been used because it is quite far from the location of the room, even though the view is good, as input for the owner of the place to be able to carry out routine maintenance, unfortunately the location is good but the maintenance is less than optimal. for the restaurant and food menu, the service is also friendly to all the staff

The food at the restaurant is delicious, the spices are thick, yesterday I tried the warm rawon with the cold night weather. Unfortunately, the room was full of black ants, they didn't bite me, I could still sleep, but it was a little uncomfortable because I got a room downstairs, so the room above was really noisy, loud banging. But outside the view is really nice, comfortable to hang out in the canteen and garden, the swimming pool is really spacious, very suitable for a family vacation.

The swimming pool is a bit dirty, many animals died in the pool, such as termites.

The hotel room was very outdated. I'd give it a 4 for the 1.1 million Rupiah I paid for a room with two beds for four people. The bathroom door was broken, there were dead bugs in the room, the bed was sloppy, the sheets and blanket were dirty and covered in brown stains. It was very noisy because the upstairs occupants couldn't keep still, always moving around. The sound of running water from the upstairs bathroom could be heard loudly, reaching our room downstairs. The room was like a hotel room from the 1980s. It smelled and was dirty, and the Sanyo was noisy all night, making a nyat nyat nyat nyat nyat sound. The street in front of the room was dirty; I'm sure it hadn't been swept at all. When I entered, there were no towels or toiletries. I only had to call from my cell phone to get them. The receptionist was friendly, but they need to be trained on how to answer office calls by introducing themselves first, not just saying "Hello." After all, that was their personal phone number. The hotel management is substandard and needs to be replaced with more professional staff. I booked two rooms with my family. In the end, I was embarrassed because I booked based on the Traveloka rating. Apparently, the Traveloka rating is no longer reliable. I was disappointed several times. The staff were nice and friendly, but it seems the management or supervisors weren't very good at providing guidance.
