Room window facing busy traffic road. Could be noisy at night time and early morning.

Friendly staffs, near to the city. Room is clean. I will come back again.

Location is okay but there is no parking provided by the hotel. There is paid parking in front of the hotel. There are several restaurants near the hotel.

Affordable with good services. They have lift, very aesthetic toiletries, hair dryer, heater, tv in room and socket power near the bed.

We ordered a deluxe double room with a king bed. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is big enough for 2 people + 1 child aged 5 years. Children are not charged additional fees. Breakfast bread + coffee. Overall very comfortable and satisfying.

The hotel has a lot of rewards, even though it is far from the same location as the MRT and MRT stations. The rooms are nice, all are clean, the air conditioning is really cold, how come it's so cool. Just check it for a long time

The room for two people, spacious enough, not cramped, clean, with maid cleaning every day. Full facilities, elevator, water heater, hair dryer, iron, reception staff, good service, smiling, good location, 5 minutes walk to the subway station. Close to the concert Quality that gets very good value for the price paid.

I don't know why but I like this hotel & spent 3 nights.

Clean room, very good accommodation. Except for the parking. I used to park for rm5/per entry and now rm10.

I don’t think the elevator provided is safe enough for the kids. Broken bathroom door. Not sufficient parking lot. Only 2 parking lots provided to customer

Hotel overall good! staffs friendly, foods delicious, good location, nice environment. Just only difficult for parking.

It's fun. Unfortunately, it does not provide prayer rooms. In fact, this musholla is very important for pilgrims or travelers like me.
