The staff is friendly. The AC is cold. The room is always clean every day. But it's difficult to find food. The location is quite far from food courts. The long walk is tiring. There are no minimarkets on the right or left, so it's difficult.

The hotel is quite comfortable, and the distance to the city center is walkable, around 2–2.5 km toward the Twin Towers / KLCC Park. For those who need a quick and budget-friendly place to stay, this hotel is fairly reasonable.

Value for money and comfortable room

The room is a bit small but clean. No slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush provided. Soap is not refilled. Room is cleaned every day. There are only a few tissue boxes left. No deposit required. It's a bit tiring to walk to the nearest MT station, as it's surrounded by malls/Hangtuah station. The area is not noisy.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are large and the prices are economical.
