It was nice to stay here, maybe I will stay here again with my family.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We also got a free spa treatment and a complimentary cocktail. We also got a free dinner for two.

Room: Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff: Friendly and very helpful. Breakfast variety: Quite extensive and quite tasty. I stayed during Ramadan, and breakfast could be changed to a pre-dawn meal. However, the breakfast was delivered to my room twice, both times later than requested. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

My husband and I stayed at Sheraton Beach Resort, Kuta, Bali from 10th to 12th of October. We were a bit disappointed when we got to know we have no ocean views as I booked the room with ocean view in June for my baby’s birthday, but we couldn’t go as my dog was really sick, so we postponed the hotel to October around my birthday on the 11th. I requested for an upgrade and I was willing to pay for it. But sadly their hotel was fully booked. The room was nice and sufficient. But when we walked into the room on the evening of 11th I was surprised to find it beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with banner and balloons and cards and flowers, and they even left a tiny cake in the refrigerator for me! It was very touching and exciting at the same time. I would recommend this hotel as the service is great and the staff is courteous and kind. Thank you

When my order of white rice arrived late, the chef immediately came over to apologize, even though it wasn't that late. Furthermore, since we were checking out that day, the chef offered me some bread for our travel supplies, along with drinks and iced coffee. 5-star service, an exceptionally good hotel and service.

The right choice to stay at Sheraton Bali, got an upgrade to a suite, the room was really cool, spacious with a sea view, got a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary, the hotel staff were all friendly, the food was delicious, it was great. Thank you Sheraton 🥰🫶🏻

Our stay here was wonderful, especially when we were upgraded to an ocean suite. The view was stunning, the room was spacious, the food was varied, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming to children. We'll definitely be back 🥳
