I paid for a premium room, but only got two pillows, the toilet often clogged, the breakfast was awful, and the breakfast was finished but not topped up. Plus, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

It is quite extra if you bring a private vehicle (car) regarding hotel parking (car) where the parking area is small and limited and the parking slope is quite steep.

The staff are friendly, and the receptionist greets guests cordially. Front desk security is responsive and quick to manage the crowded parking lot during Eid. Housekeeping is also friendly and prompt.

Moreover, the location is strategically close to everything. Although the building and rooms are a bit old, they are clean and the staff is very good, especially on Nyepi Day, they are available 24/7. As for the food, although it's more or less the same for three days, it's still very good because they refill it continuously until closing time.

The hotel feels more old now than the last time I stayed there. The bathroom feels old too, not dirty but old. The floor in the shower has a water stain. The wooden parquet is a little bit broken in some places in the room. But if you just want to stay for sleep at night, it's still worth it.

This is my second stay at the Atanaya Hotel. The service was excellent, friendly, and prompt. The hotel's access to the hotel is very convenient.
