Please check further for adjacent rooms to be more respectful of other people's rest time, so as not to disturb guests by knocking on their rooms.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process. I booked 2 rooms with different types, initially I got rooms on different floors, and when I requested the same floor, I had to upgrade the room and pay extra, but after being helped by the hotel staff, I was able to move rooms without paying extra.

It was a good stay and the hotel location is good. Breakfast is ok. Staff friendly. And yes, I'll come back to stay one day.

Hotel location is great. There’s a convenience store nearby, and it’s close to Jalan Dewi Sri, so there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance (10-15mins). The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, although there was one incident where I had the “do not disturb” sign on, but housekeeping still knocked and opened the door less than a minute later while I was on my way to answer it. My main issues were with the room, especially the bathroom. The bathroom door in my room couldn’t be fully closed unless it was locked from the inside. The jet shower was leaking, so we had to keep turning it on and off to avoid a puddle forming on the floor. The shower itself wasn’t great either, the water pressure was low and the spray went in all directions. The TV in the room also wasn’t working. Overall, if you want a hotel in a great location, this place works. Just don’t expect too much from the room itself.

Staying at the Atanaya Hotel was super duper comfortable, the room smelled really good, and all the staff were friendly and polite. The swimming pool was also cool and the location was strategic because it was close to everywhere because it was in the city center, looking for a BCA ATM was right next to the hotel, souvenirs were also right next to the hotel, so no need to worry anymore, top markotop, if I come back again I will stay here again, thank you
