The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, there is tea, sugar, coffee and an electric kettle, clean towels and complete amenities, the breakfast menu is quite complete. I recommend staying here and the location is strategic in the city center.

The room was alright, you get what you paid for. The only thing that bothered me was that if the A.C. was turned on for a while, it was making these really loud sounds which bothered me. Also, there was still water in the kettle when I first came into the room, and I don't think the kettle was cleaned.

The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was thick and soft, there was an electric kettle and mineral water as well as coffee, tea, and sugar, the bathroom was clean, only the AC leaked a bit, but it's okay.. I also recommend to my friends that if they go to Bandung, they should stay at Vio Hotel 🫠

Staying here was very comfortable. There's also parking for motorbikes, so you feel safe because the parking isn't open. The rooms are also comfortable, well-equipped, and the food is delicious.

The room was for two adults, but only provided bathroom amenities for one person. The room floor was not very clean. Breakfast was served until 10:00, but even at 8:00, some menu items were sold out and not refilled, even though the hotel staff could have checked to see who had not had breakfast on that date. The hotel is strategically located and close to several tourist attractions, restaurants, and minimarkets. Check-in time at 2 PM was quite fast, but the staff could improve their friendliness and be more welcoming. Guests are asked for a deposit of IDR 50,000 upon check-in. The rooms are not very large with basic amenities (1 soap, 1 toothbrush, 2 towels, and standard coffee and tea). The white sheets and towels had a slightly sour smell, and the bathroom was clogged. The hot water shower worked well. What was interesting (and not provided by all hotels) was the pillow! The breakfast menu was quite complete, but unfortunately, it was still cold at 6 AM because the food warmer was only activated. Overall, the price was quite reasonable for the facilities and services provided by Vio Surapati.
