So frustrated. Checking in late because flight got delayed but then still got this kind of room. Unattended. Looks like somebody else just got out of this room right bfr I checked in without room service at all. Not recommended at all. Luckily I'm just staying here for a night bfr I can check in to another hotel. Yes it's cheap but still not worth it. Rm100 for a night in this condition is so frustrating.

The bed is comfortable and nice. Just the air conditioner sound noisy make some change with it.

The room is dirty. The sheets, pillowcases and towels have turned brown like rags. The towel provided was torn. Staff is not helpful. When asking for a low level room, you have to talk in full while x many customers are given a room at level 3. When the call reception asks for an iron. I have to tell you to go downstairs and get it yourself. Minerals are not provided

I asked for a new room, I want to change room since this is my second night here. Really stressing me out, regret didn't pick another place with widest window with cheaper price. I am dying inside this room, no air! Super uncomfortable.

Always stay here.. easy to find parking.. near to CP.. pasar mlm kampung air.. but not suitable for family..

not have lift. and just have 1 channel tv. so bad

Overall satisfactory but not to great extent, this is because the water pressure in the bathroom especially the water heater is relatively slow and some basic materials such as towels, towels are not provided.

Airconds are cold and water leaks. Stained water in the bathroom.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and near to many restaurants

The room was quite dusty. The water heater cannot be adjusted into warm mood. Too hot instead.

Unfortunately the inn here, all the bad, the bad service, ready to respond with the reception on the television with no broadcast, the room was dirty did not sweep even if we told them to clean, but not made, bad.

Water heater spoiled. Staff in charged just ignore me.

Toilets are very bad, toilets. The facilities are very unsatisfactory.

Not complete... Don't have a tissue in room... Ada lipas no hanger...

OK, thank goodness, just go up the stairs, the room can pray alone, bw hangers alone, x enough hangers, x da closet, which i'm commenting ok.

It's okay to be alone. But if the room is prayer for 3 people. Your own prayer is ok. Tp smbhyg la kw d masjid bha. As well as a smpi 3 ml. X is for senior citizens. Go upstairs. Tu ja la aq mau ckp. Only 3 days later with the hanger alone. I have to wear the clothes that I wear. Ok tq. Aq is 3/5 star.

Air-cond not cold, noisy night.

Electric disconnected at night, pipe line not smooth. However, the hospitality service is good to deal with any problems. Tq.

1st nite no aircond in room. Room phone too doesn't work well. Need to walk down evrytime need assistance.
