Families from out of town love staying here and easy access to everywhere, spacious and clean rooms, good facilities.

The lights were crooked, the bathroom was dirty, the shower leaked, the ceiling leaked, and lots of broken furniture. So bad.

Fantastic room and spacious place. Not to mention, the view is an awe. Definitely I will be back again.

Cleanliness in the restaurant is lacking, I found hair in the vegetables at breakfast and I complained to the hotel management.

The atmosphere is calm and quiet. It's easy to go out and find food. The environment is clean and comfortable.

The room is damp, the sofa is very dirty with lots of stains, the curtains are dirty, the bed cover looks like it's been 10 years and hasn't been replaced, the hot water takes a long time, even after waiting for a long time it still doesn't get hot. The atmosphere is very bad, there are only a few room lights, all the furniture is old 👎🏻😮‍💨 It's terrible !! I immediately checked out that day.

All hotel staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay and will come back to stay again for sure! I’m just a little disappointed that the gym facility isn’t 24hrs.

I didn't eat and was charged for three people by the receptionist. I challenged them to open the CCTV, but the hotel refused. I asked Mr. Ibnu Sunandar for permission to complain through this app.
