Tq... Very satisfied staying at this hotel.. This is the 5th time I have stayed here.

Great service, the price is good, comfortable.

Breakfast is sufficient. Nothing fancy. They do change food selection a bit from day to day. Dated and worn-out furniture in the room, but is relatively clean. Bring insect repellent as you want to open the windows all the time to enjoy cool and refreshing breeze.

The hotel is old and hasn't been renovated yet, but it's very classic. However, some rooms are dirty.

Check-in/check-out very slow, could have been better. The bathroom had watermark stains. Construction noise until 12 midnight. Can hear drilling noise even 2 floors from the construction site (which notice has been brought up by the management until 6 pm). Breakfast had a full spread, but the taste could have been better. So far, it is a less comfortable stay compared to the last visit.

There is a bath tub and easy parking. There are 2 levels of parking.

Good facility. The only thing there was still thrash left inside room especially at balcony. Room service may not check properly

second repeat of this hotel...very good..location on flat land..wide area you can walk in...all staff are friendly including cleaners...and thanks too reception name Najwa..very good...will repeat for the 3rd time...plenty of parking too...muslim friendly...just don't come when there is a religious ceremony because it is close to temples and shrines..it is quiet after 12am..hahah..but overall the besttt tip-top service...worth it!!

I book superior triple. According to photos, there supposed to be 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Unfortunately heritage gave me 3 single bed. The door squeaking every time we open/closed the door. One spray of WD40 should settle the problem but heritage never bother to fix.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our kids, who really enjoyed the surroundings. It would be great if the checkout time could be extended to 1:00 PM for a more relaxed departure. One minor issue we encountered was the availability of fresh towels after 3:00 PM, especially during our multi-day stay when we requested new towels. I suggest converting the rows of seminar rooms located in front of the parking area into a cozy coffee café. This location is ideal, especially with the cool weather, making it perfect for a tea-time experience. Offering some gourmet items would enhance the appeal and provide guests with a delightful spot to relax during the stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning!

The place had a really nice vibe — cozy but still modern. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the gym area was a great bonus. Food: Breakfast had a good mix of options, both local and international, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant meals were tasty too. Staff Assistance: The staff friendly and helpful. Check-in/out was smooth, but some request take long time to action . Location: Great spot — close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Easy to get around from here, whether walking or by transport.
