great place with great ambiance, great size of room, also facilities. Its too bad I just stayed for 1 night, maybe next time will get more to stay.

My 2 rooms on 15th floor are old, especially the toilet looks very poor maintenance

There is a shuttle bus option hourly from the hotel to Genting Premium Outlet/Awana Bus terminal (they are next to each other). From there you can take the cable car to the top where the shopping mall (sky avenue)/theme park is. The hotel itself is spacious and clean, and the room has a balcony overlooking the scenery. Wonderful place to stay.

This is our 6th stay here. The room is spacious, with two queen beds for four people. There's a free shuttle bus to the Genting Premium Outlet. Drinking water is provided at the hotel dispenser. Recommended for those bringing family.

Very satisfied staying here. Comfortable hotel. The room is spacious. I got a room with 2 queen-sized beds. Very spacious for us (2 adults and 2 children). Every hour there is a shuttle bus facility from the hotel to Genting Highland Premium Outlet (and vice versa). This facility is very helpful for guests like me who do not bring private vehicles. If you want to go to Genting Skyworld Theme Park, you can take a shuttle from the hotel to Genting Premium Outlet and then continue by cable car to Skyworld. There is also a Grab there although sometimes you have to wait about 10 minutes. What you need to pay attention to when you want to take the shuttle: come early. Based on my experience, sometimes the bus leaves a few minutes before the schedule if the bus is full. In addition, if the bus is full, we will be asked to take the next bus session.

The chairs in the room are dirty. The interior is old, it's time for renovation.

This resort is near Genting Highlands, but there is no direct bus to the top of Genting. 2.5 stars is reasonable. Food is also normal.

Seems like old hotel/resort but good maintanance. Clean room & bathroom. There’s bus shuttle to pick up to/from awana terminal; it is very useful considering the steep surrounding area. Variety breakfast but need to improve the taste. Food at cafes around the hotel is good with the good ambience too. It was very pleasant to stay here. Keep up a good work.

All is fun. Every time we go to kl genting with friends, we definitely stay at Awana Hotel and all are satisfied.

We took the superior room package with free Genting Skyworlds Theme Park tickets for 2 people. It was really cheap and satisfying because in addition to getting 2 king beds, we also got free tickets to play. Perfect👍
