Bad hotel, old hotel without good maintenance. Sorry to say, not recommended. Never come again.

It's fun, close to everything. The hotel is big and clean, and there's lots of food around.

Genting has many activities. This hotel is very good in terms of location, so it's easy to go everywhere, especially if you want to visit Skyworld. But the room is small, actually.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process.

Staying here is pleasant, especially considering its strategic location, as it's a one-stop solution. The mall, restaurant, hotel, and casino are all right there. The rooms aren't particularly large, standard size. Unfortunately, the check-in process takes a long time, with long lines. The reception staff takes a long time to handle check-ins. That's the only drawback of staying here. Check-in is already at 3, and there's also the long lines. Checking in can take place at 5, or even 6.

Good location since it is connected with some attractions, but the check-in experience is really awful. None of the kiosks are helpful, it takes more than an hour, and there is a long queue just to get to the front office.

The check-in process was too long. They reasoned it was because my passport doesn't have a chip.

The location is good, but the cleanliness of the bedroom was bad. The floor and furniture were dirty since day 1, and they didn’t provide daily cleaning. During the day, it’s quite hot inside the bedroom; the fan didn’t help.

The only big minus is for those whose passports are not chip-enabled; they cannot check in via the machine, so they have to do manual check-in at the reception. Take a number and wait for a very, very long queue. Mine was number 10, and the wait took around 5 hours. This kind of issue, the hotel should fix it immediately, and many people are having problems just like mine.

The only minus is for those whose passport is not an e-passport or a passport with no chip: they cannot self-check-in via the check-in machine, so they have to take a number to queue at reception, and it takes a really, really, very, very long time. Mine took about 5 hours of queuing. This is not good. The hotel should fix this kind of problem, as there are still many people whose passports have no chip/are non-e-passports.

It's a very worst and terrible place, especially the staff are not friendly at all. I asked many times for a mountain view since 6 AM and waited until 3 PM, then they still gave the worst view ever.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, connected to theme park and SkyAvenue mall. No need for transport, just walking.

Mineral water and toothbrush were not available. Not recommended.

Self check-in is required. However, it shows “call for assistance” when I type in the booking number. They insist that I have to check in via the check-in counter and I will be charged another RM30 for that. For the waiting time, I got 2138 and the queue is stuck at 2135 for almost an hour. It’s terrible. Check-in is not smooth and there’s hidden charges for it. Book at your own risk.

Suitable for relaxing with family at high altitude

The location is strategic, but upon check-in, I entered a mistake. It was supposed to be 2 nights, but I entered 1 night.

Self check-in and check-out, the room is very small, without AC, causing a cold because it only uses a fan, no chair, the bathroom is small but clean. Towels are clean. Bed is clean.
