I definitely recommend it. My family and I stayed in a superior room. It was spacious, clean, and had two king-size beds, big enough for two adults. There's a swimming pool, too. I'll be returning to Paradise Resort Hotel next time.

Thank you Batu Paradise Resort for the best stay. Just a suggestion, please provide an elevator soon, as I was a bit surprised when I arrived to find there wasn't one.

Overall, everything was good. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed for future improvement: 1. The swimming pool doesn't look clean; the floor of the kiddie pool is mossy and the water is a bit cloudy. 2. The toilet in my room smelled a bit from the toilet bowl, and there were quite a few small ants in the sink area. 3. The water dispenser in my second-floor room, especially the button, looked quite dusty. Please address this and improve it in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel and would happily recommend it to my colleagues.

The toilet seat is very awkward and uncomfortable. There's no drainage underneath, so if the kids go to the toilet, they'll get wet. Other than that, everything's fine.

This hotel is cheap but not cheap. The rooms are very spacious with two large beds. It's located on the main road. It's only 6 minutes to Jatim Park 2. It's a shame there's no elevator.

I didn't expect the cheapest room to be this big, and it would fit four or six people, I think. 😅 We even extended our stay here overnight. There's a kids' pool and an adult pool. The breakfast menu is delicious, and the menu is different the next day. Oh yeah, there's a water dispenser too. The only shame is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Yesterday we were on the 3rd floor, one floor up from the reception.
