Stayed at Royale Chulan Damansara and loved it. Service was 5-star, staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Location is perfect — strategic and walking distance to The Curve & MRT Mutiara Damansara. The lobby is beautiful with so many aesthetic spots for photos. Excellent value. Will book again!

Arrived late around 10 PM and check-in was smooth and fast. Room cleanliness acceptable. Aircond works well and Wi-Fi also good. Just stay for one night due to business meeting tomorrow. Overall was good here.

I really love my experience staying here. It was wonderful, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in. It would be my favorite staycation hotel, and I can't wait to return there again.

Very good heritage hotel in Damansara city. Big room with amenities, clean, and nice hospitality.

The sink is clogged room 636. Seems like they know the sink is clogged because they removed the drain cover.

This hotel is a bit old. Honestly, except for near to MRT station and shopping malls, its not worth the price.

It's a shame they don't offer bottled drinks now.

room was nice and comfortable. but there were some rubbish i noticed below the bed. seems was not cleaned properly by cleaner😅

However, the dessert selection could be improved as the variety was slightly limited compared to the main dishes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the hotel is definitely a good choice for meetings, conferences, or celebrations.

Located in front of Damansara MRT station, with a dedicated lane. Easy access to anywhere. The hotel is quite old but well maintained. Close to Curve, and plenty of food options.

The room is spacious. But the aircond was slow to cool the room, even with lowest temperature n highest fan, it took than one hour to really to make the room cold

The price offered to me is not commensurate with the condition of the room provided. The way to the room smells musty like water fungus. the sofa is torn, the walls are still covered with peeling wallpaper. I understand the 4@5 star hotel brand, but the quality is still low compared to other royale chulan.

Royale Chulan is good, but at first glance it looks like the Thistle hotel near JB. Among the hotels that were once grand in his time, 5 stars. But I think it is necessary to renew or at least renovate the room, facilities like swimming pool, wifi speed, the environment itself. Because if you want to compare with a modern 5 star hotel, there are many more beautiful ones. The advantage of royale chulan is the convenient location and parking. But if you can renew this hotel again, it will be nice.
