I had a very satisfying stay at Ceria. It was clean and comfortable, and quiet.

Recommended for those of you who want to shop at Mitsui Outlet, Lalaport, and Berjaya Times Square

Nice hotel, every time I visit Kuala Lumpur I prefer to stay here. The staff hospitality is also very best. When I need a Grab car to Kuala Lumpur Sentral for cash payment at 5 AM, he helped me order it. Thanks bro, thanks ceria, always ceria.

It's like a small but comfortable boarding house, there's no dust, the AC is cold but unfortunately the hot water isn't hot enough.

The staff is friendly, I'll always book this hotel every time I go there.

Hotelnya bersih, staffnya ramah, lokasinya strategis dekat ke alor, bukit bintang, tools dalam kamar lengkap dan lux. Recommended banget.

Ceria Hotel is fit for solo travelers. Near Berjaya Time Square. The room is spacious and clean! They have bidet. The lobby has a vintage look, so aesthetic. But they will charge MYR50 as a deposit and will return it when checking out. Oh, they also ask for something called “foreign travelers tax.” I don't know what it is, but it costs around MYR30, maybe depending on how long you'll stay (I forget exactly the explanation from the receptionist), and it will not be returned.

Lokasinya dekat dengan MRL Imbi, jadi mudah menjangkau semua tempat strategis di KL. Kamar bersih dan nyaman sekali. Akan kembali pesan hotel ini lagi jika berkesempatan liburan ke KL 😄.

From 1 out of 10, it's 7,5 for me. Actually they room was good, but they need to do some repaint on their ceiling and wall, since there are a lot of stain there. Also their bed and pillow not that comfortable, I even a lil struggle to sleep in my first night. Their bathroom was nice and clean enough. They have warm water. And also they provide hair dryer. The room also not that soundproof. We can hear the next room and people that walking in the aisle. Beside that, their location was really nice. Near to Imbi station, it's just 5 mins walk. And also this hotel is in front of lalaport mall. The location is near to Berjaya Times Square. Also there are some minimarket near to the hotel. Oh, they also doesn't provide toothbrush. This hotel have water dispenser in every level. But, we need to go to our room by stairs. They don't provide lift. I see some lift, but we can't use that. The lobby interior was really good and the check in process was easy. Thank you Ceria Hotel!

The room is clean and near with mall. Many restauran and food.

Strategic area. Near from icc pudu, lots of food.

No more toothpaste no more clean up everyday, I stay here 3 night without clean up room service, also requested to receptionist, before pandemic this hotel is my favourite because the room clean, but now no more cleaning service, please increase your service, thanks.

Dari 2019 kalo ke KL selalu nginep di sini, aksesnya gampang kemana-mana karena deket banget sama monorail 🥰.

This hotel is one of my favorite when visiting Kuala Lumpur because the price is reasonable and room is big and clean also staffs are very helpful. To me this hotel is very strategic because it 's near to Monorail (imbi station) and big mall like Berjaya Times Square.

Went to Kuala Lumpur for Honne 's concert at ZEPP. The location is just 5 mins walk from ZEPP and in a nice neighbor with lots of minimarket and local food restaurant. Recommended for backpackers!

Was a pleasant stay. The receptionist was nice, she upgraded our room and let us to have early check-in. She also let us to leave our baggage in the hotel while we were strolling around for souvenirs. The room is nice. It 's more like a 3 stars hotel to me 😆.

No lift, must pay RM10 at the receptionist. Water, bed, ac, so far so good.
