The rooms are not clean, pillows and bed linens are not replaced by previous guests, they are very smelly, no towels. Dirty bathroom. Breakfast as perfunctory, does not meet hotel standards. The beach environment is also dirty, lots of garbage.

The hotel is nice the atmosphere is calm and can rest comfortably the view is great right on the beach and there is a swimming pool on the beach. What a pleasant holiday atmosphere.

Condition of cottages need renovation.

Maybe because it was still a post-earthquake situation, the hotel was still operating maximally. There was no reception staff when we arrived, even as we were not ready for our arrival who had ordered via the Traveloka Site. But the dishes and pool facilities are nice and fun. not bad.

The first time it came, the receptionist was not at the place after more than 3 times the bell and calling just came. In general the rooms are unique and spacious but the bathrooms and toilets are lacking, the water from the shower is small and looks old though quite clean. There are no security guards on standby at the entrance, so outsider access is so free, automatically unsafe for customers, and therefore many traders can go in and out to offer their sales. Food is not varied and tastes normal and expensive for such quality. For customers who like a quiet and quiet hotel I think it is suitable, the restaurant and pool view is also great.
