The check-in process was seamless. Ms. Jimmy was very courteous and attentive, and we enjoyed our time during breakfast. The 2-room apartment was spacious and has a great view of Menara TRX. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The restaurant food is not fresh, especially the seafood. The price is high compared with the many restaurants around the area.

The room was okay but quite ordinary. I requested a twin room but was given a king room instead. I also had an unpleasant experience when a housekeeping staff member entered my room without knocking or ringing the bell while I was inside. I reported it to the operator, but unfortunately, no manager or leader came to apologize or follow up. Overall, the experience did not feel like a five-star hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Mr. Ikhram, the doorman, was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the service at the breakfast restaurant could be much warmer and more welcoming.

Check-in staff (Shelly) need training, as she didn't inform the guest of the direction to the residential unit since the property has hotel units and residential units. Soundproofing is low for the residential unit.

The location is very strategic, close to restaurants, walking distance to Pavilion Mall, and Alor. However, the breakfast selection for the main course was a bit lacking. I was a little disappointed when I asked for a connecting room for my boss and her children upon check-in, but it wasn't provided, as the app notes didn't appear. Luckily, I was able to get a late check-out.

The road to the car park is very narrow.

The property is old. Service is good, but it's a very old property.

I happened to get a promotional price of 1.99 with breakfast. However, the breakfast wasn't quite to my liking. In Indonesia, 5-star hotels always have top-notch breakfasts. Next time I visit, I'll probably opt for no breakfast. It's also better to deposit with cash so you can get it back upon check-out. Debit/card payments take 7 days to be refunded.

Well, everywhere is close, specifically everything is good.

This is my second time staying here, and I always choose a hotel where cleanliness is the top priority. The bed, carpet, floor, and bathroom are all very clean. As for the room size, it depends on which type of room you choose. I really enjoy staying here. Pavilion Mall is within walking distance, and Alor Street Food is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient.

Room was cozy, room interior was great, location was strategic.

Good for family or solo trip, but only the pool is too old and not pretty.

Water closet water was rusty & I saw a small cockroach crawling in the room.

Clean and aroma like it in the city center.
