This is the 3rd time I've stayed here on a family vacation.

First day and second day, the room assigned to me was not comfortable as it faced the main road, which is very crowded. Even during reservations, I requested a room near my partner who stayed 3 days before me. The hotel said no rooms were available except for the one near the road. After 2 days, I moved to another room on the same floor facing the pool, which was a nice and quiet room. Overall experience is good. Restaurant staff is very good and helpful. I met a girl in the restaurant named Amelia; she was very nice and friendly, someone I could trust, if I'm not wrong. Good room, good staff, and the location is strategic. Hope to be back and stay again in the future.

Eden has always been our family's favorite hotel whenever we visit Bali.

This is a budget hotel with excellent room size and cleanliness, plus its location in Kartika Plaza… Always a choice when in Kuta.

The rooms are decent, with large beds and good pool facilities. It's within walking distance of the mall and the beach.

When we arrived at around 5:40 PM, there was no security staff at the front desk and no one to help us unload our luggage from the car. I had already informed the receptionist that there was no security at the front desk. The male receptionist was friendly, apologized, and upgraded our room. It was just a standard room, not big or small, just enough for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The hot water didn't work, and it wasn't hot at all. The food was standard. The staff was friendly. The location is very close to Lippo Mall Kuta and Discovery Mall.

A recommended hotel for families in Kuta. Besides its strategic location, the staff are friendly, the rooms and hotel area are clean, and the service is excellent. The swimming pool is clean, and the facilities are excellent. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay during your Bali vacation.

Strategic location, I really like that street. The rooms are spacious, everything works well. The lobby layout and interior are nice, especially with the cool statues. There are even two swimming pools! Negatives: #1. The wardrobe hinges creak loudly when opened/closed, which is definitely annoying when someone is sleeping. #2. The bathroom door has a hole/gap at the edge, so the contents of the bathroom can be seen quite clearly from the room. Funny, weird, and half-hearted. If you really want a "sexy, erotic" concept, you could skip the door altogether, just a sheer, transparent curtain, for example. Get it?

The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The air conditioning and mosquito-free area need attention, and the shower area needs to be cleaned up.

It's a good hotel for the room price, the location is great, and the staff are especially helpful and friendly.

Please be more careful with the pillowcases so that they are more hygienic and fragrant.
