First of all, when you enter the room, the atmosphere is very calm. It feels safe when you are in the room. It is very spacious and the space for prayer is very comfortable. The breakfast is also good. There are many different menus and it tastes delicious. I like the coffee machine the most, there is umpphh people say. next time if there is another outstation to Kota Kinabalu, you can repeat to sit there again. The mosque is also close.

I have been to this hotel many times and I can guarantee that this is one of the best hotels in KK. It has a big parking lot, the room is spacious, and the ambiance is perfect. I've tried the food before, it was exquisite. I love everything about this hotel and will definitely come again in the future.

I bought a last minute hotel stay since we just came back from airport. We arrived at 1 am and check in was smooth. No need deposit. The breakfast has so much variety and I love it all. Very recommended and will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Spacious room with a reasonable price.

Had a pleasant stayed in Kota Kinabalu.

Bilik tak serupa bayaran.bilik bau & Kotor.malam last suruh pindah tingkat lain sebab aircond problem.

First. I have a bad experience at their counter check in. The worker asking a deposit during check in. When I ask on why still need the deposit, the staff said I the event I made a faulty to the stuff inside the room then the deposit is as compensation. For me the way the staff respond towards me is very rude. Secondly, the room's pillow in blue colour smells stinky. They still provide it to guest. Thirdly, I asking the reception if I can check out a bit late since my flight was far longer after the check out. But the reception reply me if I late to check out later than 1pm then the system will automatic charge me for another night. It didn't happen in other hotel. This is the first I encounter like that.

Nice to stay. Near Masjid Negeri Sabah for prayer. What a wonderful experience in Kota Kinabalu staying in Riaa Hotel.

All are okay except the breakfast. Simple and just okay. Hope they improve more.

The checkin process was very slow, even though it came at 5pm .. I had to wait again at noon because the room was tidy .. breakfast was well worth the price, the food ran out quickly, then the workers also scrambled to get the food🥴 adoiyai .. ok again, it's time for the pilgrimage fund who handled before, now he really wants to stay there. The room carpet was dirty mcm x never cleaned .. hmm

Alhamdulillah okay. but breakfast is not worth it. not many menus.
