Came with no expectations but once I am in the room I'm amazed by the cleanliness and thank you so much for providing such a clean towel. The AC was the star, so cold!

It was comfortable for 2 nights, the room was spacious, but the bathroom was shared, but fortunately it was right in front of the room so it was easy. I recommend it, food is also easy right in front of the inn, access to KL Sentral is also close

What I don't like is that there is an additional 10% tax, I have to pay another 20 MYR for 2 nights for 2 rooms, no deposit, otherwise everything is good, clean and safe

The room old and was dirty, air condition was broken the when we checked out the front don't have staff (5 am) that made us didn't have rooms deposit 30 RM. I need deposit back to my account

Hotel is near food area. Room is big and hotel has a lift. But smell in hotel is not good, it like detergent. A bathroom outside of my room and it is small with some damaged items.

Clean hotel. The room is spacious, only the bathroom is outside and opposite the room. Even though it's specifically suited to the room, it's just not comfortable enough to have to leave the room first to shower.

Budget hostel in the city centre, clean enough, the room is as described in the picture. Surely will come back again.

Overall, 7/10. The room is clean according to the catalog photo, only if you order a room for 3, the separate bathroom is in front of the room exactly and can only be used for us (guests), minus only the bathroom which is super narrow and the shower head is separated from the hose. But hot water is still running. The location is very strategic, you can walk to KL Central / take a grab for only 5Rm one way (can be shared by 3-4 people). There is a 7/11 and KK mart which is open 24 hours across the street. So no worries. You can check in early / later, just email / wa at the number attached on the web. Very helpful and flexible. There is an elevator and a water dispenser is provided which we can consume as we like, so it is recommended to bring a bottle so that you can continue to get free refills. At night there is no receptionist but there is a security guard on guard at the door, so you still feel safe.

This hostel was good for a family trip and group trip. The room is quite big for a triple room.

the last time I booked a double bedroom and found it be very cramp, this time I booked for twin bedroom and found it be very spacious & clean, air cond working very well until I have to off it as it was too cold and open the windows instead, basin tap and sink leak bearable, shower is good, wifi is excellent, parking only RM2 per entry, used lrt & monorails, grab most as good location walking distance to KL Sentral, tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at cafe and very satisfied with cooking, reasonable price, nice quiet environment with 4 lcd tvs & good music videos contemporary plus yesteryear reminiscing favorites.

This hotel is very strategic near KL Sentral, clean, neat, comfortable, pleasant friendly service, it is highly recommended to spend the night here. When I go to KL, I plan to stay here.

Hotel staff come across as impatient when I ask about the room key.

I booked for the 3 beds room and it looked exactly in the picture. They give us free water bottles everyday and change our towels. The only downside was we didn’t get a private bathroom because the bathroom is across / outside the room and every 3 rooms got 2 bathroom to share. But thank god it wasn't full house when I stayed so I didn't have a problem having a bathroom outside the room. The location is really good. Just walk a bit from NU central and you’re there. There’s 711 too behind the building.
