This hotel has a good location and nice environment. However, inside the room there are not good in their toilet. Bit dirty. But the price was reasonable.

Dirty, smelly, air conditioner not cold, the entrance is narrow, after checking in and seeing the condition I immediately checked out.

This hotel might’ve lost the budget for maintenance cost. So we the customers experience the hotel with a lot of broken equipment like air conditioners was hot, swollen shower, bitter water, unpleasant staff that only said welcome to OYO world. We’re just getting back off of your OYO. Better to make it on the real hotels

The receptionist is not friendly, the floor of the room is sticky, the bathroom is not clean, the toothpaste is not refilled, when I want to walk early in the morning and my car is closed by the car right behind me and I ask for help from the receptionist and answered please wait until ownership, still better when before managed by Oyo, security does not exist and we decided to move hotels. Disappointed because the room is not as bright and clean as in the photo, the building is old and dark, the room is raging and smelly. The smell of pillows that have never been washed like the smell of a motorcycle jacket on a motorcycle taxi 1 room smells.

The room was clean enough, the balcony was dirty, for the bathroom because I ordered 2 rooms one was clean but the other one was rather dirty. The mattress / bed cover in the room that I stayed in made itchy, the good room was spacious and provided an extra bed, The lighting to the dark room was a lot of lights that were dead, the swimming pool was rather dirty, access to the hotel had to go through a narrow alley but it still could fit the car only somewhat difficult if you are not used to it. For bathing there is hot water and very heavy water.

Moved on the 1st floor to a deluxe room the same size as a standard room, a spacious room, towels and other toiletries, a large swimming pool, beautiful atmosphere, open the door directly to the pool view. Minus the very minimal lighting, the interior in the room like a long time ago, the TV channel was broken. Overall should be upgraded more so that visitors stay more comfortable.

Very very unsatisfactory, usually my booking can not be recognized, even though I have booked since 3 weeks before the day I stay, and the receptionist who is very very unfriendly and very oon.

Check-out on the same day as check-in because the smell of the room and lighting is very minimal. The hotel seems haunted and poorly maintained. The receptionist service was unfriendly and not helpful, I had to go back to the receptionist because I couldn't find my room. I had to call housekeeping to have my bed linen replaced because of the smell. There is hair on the bed.

The bathroom was badly dirty especially the one in front of the broken men's bathroom.

The staff service is lacking, especially the girl when I want to eat, I want to borrow even a plate for my room, no problem, only the service from the receptionist is a bit unpleasant.
