For breakfast, my favorite omelette is the delicious and savory taste.

4 stars hotel with the feels of 3 stars. We had a quad bed with decent price. However, many parts of the hotel room are broken (i.e., bathroom door, blocked shower drainage, toilet flush button). No ELEVATOR, so it is not really inclusive with people with disability. The porter had to endure an ordeal where he had to carry 8 of my big suitcases to level 3. It was very unfair for the staff and visitors. Some of the staff are very good (thanks mbak Yuli, you have a lot of potentials). But most of them really need some proper training. Many times we asked to different staff about small things (i.e., spoon, fork or a cup of water for my daughter) and they would refer us to go to the restaurant instead of bringing us the stuff themselves. Mate, c'mon, we are your guest, we paid for your service, remember? Biggest dissapointment is that the breakfast venue do not even have AC. So many unexpected things from a hotel that claims they are 4 stars.

bed is actually good, but pillows was smell. Tell the housekeeping to change or wash the pillows bed and sofa pillows regularly. Overall good

I will definitely be back to this wonderful resort. This brings us the best memory I have with my loved one!

no elevator/lift are available. linen got the mark/dirty/not soft. stinky bathroom. extra charge for kids 13yo (we're booked room only - no bfast & no extra bed)

All good in the accommodation. The only minus part I would say is that there's no elevator, but other than that, I have no issue. All is very comfortable.

The food is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. The downside is the traffic in front of the hotel is terrible, and also the soundproofing of the room could be better.

The shower temperature was broken. The sink was a little clog. It was an old hotel.

This trip its not the first time I'm staying there and it won't be the last. I always enjoy the hospitality and staff is very polite be it from the check in, restaurant and spa. I'm looking forward for the next trip.

Clean rooms, close to Kuta Beach.

A very nice and comfortable place to stay in Legian area. It is easy to get to Kuta beach and the mall. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The quad room is clean and the room fragnant gives a welcoming comfort.

Located across the road from Kuta/Legian Beach on the busy Jl Pantai Kuta strip. Older hotel, rooms big, nice garden and needs a touch up to bring a fresher feel to the hotel. As Kuta area is still recovering from covid closures you find still not as much is open as before. So you don't have a lot of food options or bar options unless you want cheap thrills.

Pretty clean, but unfortunately there's no elevator to go up to the 3rd floor, if you bring your parents it's rather difficult to access.
