Most horrible and disappointing experienced ever staying in this hotel. Very unprofessional Reception lady, made me very upset! She was more interested with her personal phone than dealing with customer services. I was check in 9th Nov afternoon after long 7 hours trip, you can imagine how exhausted I was, she was ask the deposit money but no receipt gave me, if I didn’t ask the receipt how can I proved that I have paid the DP money? Fortunately I remember then I asked her the receipt!!
She gave me the first room at 1st floor, the room door very loose not locked properly, cupboard almost fall into pieces so i asked to change the room.
One last fatality things, The Indian Reception lady she never gave my passport back after checked in!
In fact I keep coming down to Reception counter back and forth asking for things such as tv in my room was not working and the Reception staff still not giving my passport back. They also never fixed the TV in the room eventually, no follow up!!
So just so you know, I was going out to KL city without bring my passport!! That could have cause me really big problem if there are sudden documents inspection for every tourist at the time, that I might be end up in a prison or get big fines from Malaysian immigration because not having the legal travel document with me which is my Passport still with the Receptionist!
On my departure date, I was checked out early morning and still the Reception did not give my passport back, I was really shocked just 5 minutes before my bus to JB almost coming, my friend called me, she told me, my passport left behind still at the receptionist!!
The receptionist not even informed me to my personal number!
What would happened if I already in the bus to JB without my passport with me?!
At the end I’ve had the added cost of spending another grab car to KL Sentral pick up my passport to my friend, also cost of Rebooking the new bus ticket to JB before Batam
Very nightmare experience staying in this hotel.
