Good experience staying at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There is a 50 ringgit deposit but it is returned upon check out. The hotel bedsheets were stained, reported but not replaced. The next day when we requested to clean the room, it turned out when we returned from sightseeing it hadn't been cleaned. It turned out they only cleaned it at 4 pm when we wanted to swim. When we requested cleaning, we were only given new towels and mineral water. The toilet does not have a bidet. The room is spacious with a sofa. Near the Taste of Medan restaurant and near the River of Life. The swimming pool is on the rooftop on the 9th floor, then up the stairs again. Breakfast does not have many choices, just yellow rice, rice noodles/fried noodles, bread, coffee drinks, tea, and orange syrup.

My room was unilaterally downgraded. We were tricked into signing the downgrade. Be careful, you only need to sign twice, and both times are just for the deposit. Don't sign anything else, as it's a trap.

Very good experience. The hotel staff are really friendly, good behavior, amazing. Definitely if I come back to Malaysia I want to live again 💕

Stayed from January 30th to February 1st. Early check-in was allowed at 1 PM by the male receptionist. Tax was RM20 for 2 nights, and there was a RM50 deposit. The room was clean, the bed looked clean, the bathroom was clean, and there was no odor, but the towels were a little musty. There was a leak in the bathroom door after we showered, but it was fine; we just wiped it down. There was a TV, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. For a room priced at 300,000 Rupiah, this is a great deal, especially considering the location is close to Pasar Seni Station and the Jamek Mosque. By the way, this is my second stay here. I stayed here a long time ago and the floor was still carpeted, but now it's not. A good improvement. Nice.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the toilet is clean, the room condition is according to the price, but it is worth it, the strategic location is close to Central Market, Petaling, Dataran Merdeka, if you want to go to Pavilion and Petronas, just take the LRT, the station is near the hotel (Masjid Jamek Station), finding food is also not difficult

The location is very strategic, just walking distance to Dataran Merdeka, River of Live, Petaling Street Market and Central Market, there are many food options, if you want to go to Petronas and Opavilion, just take the LRT, it is close to the hotel location. For the condition of the room (worth it according to the price), but the bathroom is clean, for the service and friendliness of the staff is the best

The staff was nice and helpful. The surroundings also nice, it's near to the Central Market, Pasar Seni, 7-Eleven and Mynews. Also near to Masjid Jamek LRT station. Overall so good! Will be back here when visiting KL again in the future! :)

I'm lucky to be a Malay kid in Batam, so I could joke around with the receptionist in Malay. The room was clean, fragrant, and comfortable, with hot water available for showering, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer. The hair dryer also worked, and it was close to everything.

This hotel is located in the city center, very close to the Central Market and Petaling Jaya or Chika Town. It's close to the LRT station and the food court next to the hotel. Museums and other tourist attractions are also within walking distance. I'll be back soon.

Strategic location and super friendly staff. Had a problem that the person's name in invoice was not the same person with the one that checked-in, but it was escalated and fixed quickly through app CS and hotel receptionist.

Gonna be back again. Best Location for tourism & foods. Staff really perfectly handle the customers.

Excellent quality and price. You couldn't be more central to all the attractions; everything is practically right around the hotel, and the metro is just two stops away (three minutes from the hotel). The rooftop pool is lovely with a magnificent view.
