Very comfortable, the room is spacious but maybe some furniture can be added because it is too spacious so it looks empty, but so far so good, I want to stay there again sometime because I am very satisfied, clean, soft, cool!!!!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was nice. However, the bathroom fan was quite noisy, and the bathroom light went out at one point. I requested maintenance and the staff handled it quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience with room for small improvements.

If you want your room cleaned, please let the cleaning services know which ones are extended and which ones are checking out that day. Is the cleaning supervisor not working or simply lazy? Had a bad experience staying here. While I was sleeping, a cleaning service member forced their way in. It was clearly locked, but they still forced their way in. STUPID! While I was sleeping, I was startled awake. All positive reviews were wiped out.

Stayed here for a business trip.
Room: Quite comfortable, clean, unfortunately there's no kettle for hot water, but there's a gallon jug in front of the room for refills. The bathroom is quite comfortable too. The only downside is the lack of a window.
Location: Very strategic, close to TP Mall, with plenty of eateries nearby. You can even find souvenirs on foot, or if you're feeling lazy, just take a ride for a few thousand rupiah.
