The hotel is big. The rooms are big. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The dinner buffet also has a lot of choices. The hotel is a bit old but still has a luxurious feel. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the towels are a bit yellow, maybe they've been used for a long time. They need to be updated. Overall, okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love it.

Breakfast at the cafe was okay, but the dinner at the cafe was superb.

I was very impressed with the total service provided by the hotel staff, from the front desk, the restaurant staff, to the shuttle driver. The restaurant also offered a wide variety of delicious food. Hotel Mulia Senayan was the perfect end to my family's vacation.

The lobby is downstairs, why does parking have to be on the 6th floor?

It's been almost a year since I've stayed in a hotel, and things have started to change. Breakfast is only given a one-hour time limit, and it's recorded on the table, and it's exactly that. Even though the hotel isn't fully booked, I find it uncomfortable when breakfast is limited in time. Sometimes people have to queue for food, which can be quite long. My suggestion is to return to the original, no time limit, unless the hotel is fully booked. Overall, the hotel is starting to be very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Thank you.

It was a great stay at the Mulia Hotel. I stayed there to watch the FForever concert at the Indonesia Arena, just a short walk across the street. The food was varied, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the room service fast. It was top-notch and worth it.
