Good, everything is good and very nice.

We were pleasantly upgraded to the Executive Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. However, the hygiene was not acceptable for a five-star hotel. We found a hotel slipper left by a previous guest under the kitchen sink, as well as a dental floss pick under the bathroom sink. This was disappointing and affected our overall experience.

the location is great next to shopping mall and not far from bukit bintang. lobby is nice and huge but poor maintaitenance for guest room. door knob not install properly, only 2 worn out and stained towel. toilet bowl also for some colour (not colour). staff is friendly but some abit attitude problem.

Recommended, comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms, close to everywhere, the mall is just a short walk down, public transportation is easy, God willing, I will come here again when I go to KL.

Convenient location close to Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL). I enjoyed the vibrant city view from my room. The food offered was excellent with a wide variety and superb taste. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay.

View from the room and pool is stunning — you can clearly see KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers, even their reflections in the water. Spacious and clean bathroom. Direct access to Sunway Putra Mall is very convenient. – Room feels empty despite its size, only a single chair set instead of a sofa. – Wardrobe sliding doors were dusty and hard to open. – Breakfast service was disappointing. Staff lacked initiative — when I asked for help with coffee, they just pointed to the machine. – Overall service feels far from what you’d expect at this hotel’s price point. A visually appealing stay, but the service and attention to detail really need improvement.

It was a great stay at the hotel. The room was huge (as we got an upgrade) and everything was clean and great. My kids love the pool and the fact that it was attached to a mall 😍. We would definitely come again!
